Flipper is a little rascal. He likes to rough house more than the others but he is a very sensitive boy and likes it when you move your hands slowly towards him. Then he gives right into you! He is a very gentle eater and wont make the mistake of biting your finger when you are giving him a treat. When he is not running around, Flipper loves to be by the window and look at people walking by - when they notice him he stands up right away and parades about. Flipper must be adopted with his sister Samantha.
