My name is Heart. I was born on April 15, 2002, which makes me an 8 year-old female Grey & White tabby cat. I am a lady, and some would even call me a diva. I like my space, I like my quiet, and I like a solid routine. I am clean and if you provide me with a good scratch post, I promise that I’ll never scratch up your furniture.

I am very shy and will run and hide under the bed whenever I get scared or hear strange noises but I am gaining confidence. I don’t do well with young children. I don't really like to be picked up but I'm getting more used to it. But when I do want to be petted, I’ll cuddle with you and purr quite loudly. And when I’m hungry, I’ll chirp a little bit to let you know. I'm working on trimming down as I've let my waistline expand a bit too much. I am very obedient, respectful, and independent. You can clip my claws without me making a fuss. My favorite toy is a fluffy fish on the end of a string. I don’t demand a lot of attention but I enjoy just knowing that you are there.

My previous owner loved me very much and took very good care of me since he adopted me as a kitten when I was just six weeks old. But he went and fell in love with a woman who’s highly allergic to cats and I can’t live with them. So I need a new home. Will you take me? I am having a really hard time with this move and I am not myself.
