My name is Ronny. I was trapped with my sisters Reba and Rena in a MacDonald’s parking lot in Abbottsford, where the three of us were hustling French fries.

We are “wobblers”. Our mom got sick when she was pregnant with us, and we have cerebellar hypoplasia. That means that the parts of our brains that control our movements are under-developed, and we don’t walk like other cats do. But because we are smart and determined kittens, each of us has come up with a different solution to the challenge.

I stagger a bit when I walk, and when I get scared, I get down low to the ground and run like a wolverine. In fact, with my fabulous sideburns, I look a little like Hugh Jackman playing “Wolverine”. I can do anything that any other cat can do. I just do it a bit differently, and it might take me a little longer.

I was really terrified when my sisters and I came to our new foster home, and I spent a lot of time hiding in the closet. I’m still pretty skittish, but I’m getting better every day.

I am a happy, healthy, friendly little guy, and I would do very well in a home with quiet, gentle adults. Maybe I would be calmer if I were adopted with one of my sisters or another kitten my own age.

They say that I’m a special needs kitten, but really, I just have two. I especially need somebody to love me and to be patient with me.

Do you think I might go home with you?
