Sweet Sidney was trapped behind a store in the downtown eastside along with her brothers, Blaze and Wee Geordie. For the last few months, she has lived with them and her foster brother, Cole. Because this tiny ocelot-spotted cutie grew up with great, huge lummoxes who are twice her size and weight, she has turned into a confident little tomboy. She also likes a quiet lap and a good read, though. Sid is our only real television fan, and she has a tendency to sit too close to the screen, so she’ll probably need glasses before too long. Her favorite channel at the moment is “Space”.
Blaze and Geordie are both much bigger than Sid but she loves them both and would like to be adopted with BLAZE. However, she likes our two old grouches, and would be great with an older cat as a companion as well. She has liked the older children she’s met, but we don’t know about dogs yet. That said, she’s pretty adaptable. If you’re looking for a kitten that will spend hours on your lap after the pentathlon has worn her out, Sidney is your girl.
