Tattoo is somewhat timid until he gets to know you, but now whenever I go into to their room, he runs to greet me and loves being petted and fussed over. He is full of energy and after playing with his sibling, Tenga, will often continue zooming around on his own racing up and down the stairs until he plays himself out. When I'm sitting on the floor to hand feed him he has a tendency to head butt the piece of food, then butt my hand, and then butt the piece of food again before he will gently take it from me and when he's in a really goofy mood, performs an interesting version of a kitty somersault, something he definitely taught himself. He has a tendency to be a bit destructive if he isn't continually stimulated and sometimes chews anything that is cardboard and has a thing for the corner of my rug.

Tattoo is in Special Needs because he is extremely shy and needs a quiet home (no kids or dogs). He would love to be adopted with his sister TENGA. They will need a kind and patient guardian willing to work with them. As they have been socialized with other cats they are not so dependent on each other and can be adopted separately but would advise Tattoo go with another buddy.
